Les Folklores du Monde is an international festival of traditional dance and music organized every summer in Alençon by the Ensemble Folklorique "Le Point d'Alençon". For over thirty years, this CIOFF-certified festival has welcomed folk troupes from all five continents for a week of shows, parades and events highlighting the world's cultural diversity. A true musical and dance tour of the world, the festival transforms Alençon into a crossroads of cultures, attracting thousands of spectators every year.
