In 2026, the Orne Departmental Fund for Contemporary Art will celebrate 40 years of commitment to contemporary artistic creation.
To mark this occasion, on June 26 and 27, 2026, the Hôtel du Département will open its doors to the public for two days of encounters, discoveries, and sharing centered on art.
These festive days will also mark the launch of the Arts en Cités festival, in collaboration with the Petites Cités de Caractère networkE8re%AE and the Orne Departmental Archives, which will host an exhibition dedicated to parks and gardens throughout the summer, offering a previewFBt of the artistic projects that will take place across the ten Orne municipalities in the “Petites Cités de Caract%E8re%AE” network.
