Willem, Head of Reception, Shop and Ticket Office at Alençon Tourisme. At the heart of one of the Tourist Office’s key areas, I make sure that every visitor leaves with a smile on their face… and the desire to come back! Between coordinating the team and the area’s partners, organising schedules and promoting the local offer, I also make sure you can find the best local products in our shop. If you’re looking for a good restaurant or a good place to feast, I’ve got the answer!

Lou, community manager and tourism advisor at Alençon Tourisme. I’m one of the faces you’ll meet when you walk through the doors of our Tourist Office. Between welcoming travellers, giving guided tours and working on social networks, my motto is: sharing history with style. I’m passionate about art history and know all the best podcasts to listen to, and I’m currently working on my title of guide-conférencier to give our beloved heritage even more of a voice. And if you’re looking for a vintage song to get stuck into your head, I’m your jukebox!

Raphaël, partner advisor at Alençon Tourisme. My role? To advise and guide our visitors in French, English (and even Russian!) and also to boost our network of partners. A subtle blend of Poitou and Réunion, raised in a winery in Indre-et-Loire, I’ve learnt to discover and appreciate the rich historical and natural heritage of the Orne, which I’m now keen to share with you. And if you want to talk world cuisine, travel or rhum arrangé, I’m the man for the job!
