Tourism Quality
Our Tourist Office has been awarded the Quality Tourism label. Our aim is to constantly improve visitor satisfaction.
In particular, we are committed to
- Improving our approach and reception on site, by telephone and by post
- Improving the management and provision of tourist information
- Regularly train our staff to improve their skills
- Measure visitor satisfaction and take their expectations into account.
Accueil vélo label
On the route of the Véloscénie and starting point of the Vélobuissonnière®, Alençon Tourisme has obtained the “Accueil vélo” label, enabling cyclists to benefit from a welcome adapted to their needs.
Tourism & Handicap Label
The Tourist Office is in the process of renewing its “Tourisme et Handicap” (Tourism and Disability) label, offering adapted services and staff trained in four types of disability: motor, auditory, mental and visual.
- PRM public toilets: Halle au blé, 170 metres from the Tourist Office
- Our brochures: a FALC document and a list of accessible service providers
- Adapted equipment available: a magnetic loop and an access ramp that can be unfolded on request using the bell to the left of the entrance.
