Alençon Tourisme is working with the Communauté de communes des Sources de l’Orne on a SADI (Reception and Information Dissemination Scheme). This scheme enables us to identify our customer base and define a concrete action plan to improve the quality of our welcome and the dissemination of tourist information.
Our tourist literature is available from our two Tourist Information Offices (BITs), from all our partners, as well as from BITs in the Orne and neighbouring areas, thanks to exchanges and personalised distribution to our partners.
