The Atelier-conservatoire introduces visitors to Alençon Point lace. This exceptional technique, which has been perpetuated for over 350 years, has been inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2010.
For the first time during the JEMA festival, the Atelier-conservatoire will be opening its doors to the public for a demonstration of the ten steps involved in making this entirely needlework lace.
See you on Sunday April 7, 2024 from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
Free admission.
