Alençon Tourisme is much more than just an information point: it is a key player in the development of tourism in the Communauté Urbaine d’Alençon. Under its EPIC status, the Tourist Office works closely with elected representatives, socio-professionals and its partners to offer visitors a rich and memorable experience.

Thanks to its committed teams and reception offices in Alençon and Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, it facilitates access to information, supports tourism projects and promotes the local heritage. By bringing together all the players in the region, Alençon Tourisme is helping to make the region more attractive, supporting professionals in the sector and guaranteeing visitors a high-quality stay that lives up to their expectations.

Good to know

Alençon Tourisme has been responsible for tourism since 1 January 2016, under the status of a Public Industrial and Commercial Establishment (EPIC). The Tourist Office carries out all of its missions within the boundaries of the Communauté Urbaine d’Alençon and includes partners beyond these administrative borders, which are unfamiliar to tourists. It is administered by a Management Committee made up of elected representatives and socio-professionals.

Alençon Tourisme has an administrative and technical heart located in the Maison d’Ozé, in Alençon, and two lungs, the reception and information offices in Alençon (38, rue aux Sieurs) and Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei (Auberge des sœurs Moisy).
