How do you obtain the label?

You can obtain the Accueil vélo label if you are :

Tourist accommodation
A restaurant
A cycle hire company
A cycle repairer
A tourist office

Your establishment must be located close to a signposted cycle route – check with your local Accueil vélo contact.

You must also meet all the mandatory criteria of the Accueil vélo quality guidelines, in line with your type of activity.

How do I become a Accueil vélo?

Send your request using the dedicated form
Make an appointment to see if your establishment is eligible.
An on-site audit is organised to check that you meet the requirements of the Accueil vélo standards.
After the audit, you will receive a response: if positive, you will be authorised to use the Accueil vélo label for a period of 3 years.
You sign the Accueil vélo commitment form.

Fee: a flat-rate contribution of €200 (valid for 3 years). This covers the audit and access to communication tools (logo, plaque, presence on official websites, etc.).
